George has over 30 years of experience as a professional chef and Emily has nearly a decade of service experience at some of Westchester's favorite places. Together we have a passion for great food, that's why we decided to start this company. As hard working professionals and parents we recognize that crafting a great meal at home can be a challenge. We prepare slow cooked braised and smoked meats for "Heat and Eat" at home. Whether pairing our meats with any of our sauces and sides or using our items to complement your own creation, Braisin' Hell is here to make your next at-home meal a memorable one.
